Woke up to a capped account this morning.

Logged in to the portal and found that's not the case.

Is anybody else still missing Carry Over data?

I'm still not seeing anything from last month.

There an issue with the rollover of data, affecting certain customers.
Our team has already started to address this and things should be back to normal shortly.

Please may i ask that you send you details to our support desk so we can ensure your issue is addressed in full?

The latency from your router (10.0.0.2) to what I assume is your modem (192.168.1.1) is over 2 seconds. Do you restart your modem or router when you change accounts? Does it restart automatically when you do it?

The problem is 100% on your local network.
 
This still gets me when I look at the bolt-on signup page "Unshaped, uncapped data". Youtube runs at a fine 100KB/s in the evenings
