Offline accounting software

Does anyone have a recommendation on an accounting package for a small business which doesn't need to be online, i.e. not Xero or Sage One? Importing bank statements is important, though. That doesn't need to be automated, but importing a csv/ofx or whatever is fine.

Depends on your requirements. I've found this one works very well for me. Software is free unless you need multi user access.
