Ok Ok So who Hates Iburst?

Crap speeds when not capped, completely dead after capped, fudged cancel order and when they finally managed to cancel they still charged for the next two months. Yup, I hate WBS/IBurst
 
I've never had a days problem with my connection. Speeds are always good and it offers everything I needed from an internet connection. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones
 
i wonder if ibust will pay for the open heart surgery ill need bcoz of their service.

they more full of BS than a ..umm..constipated bull
 
Let's face, the 'new' South Africa is not big on service delivery.

But, then again, I think Telscum makes everybody miserable in this country....
 
There are days when iBurst is just good and there are days when they just suck, count the number of days it's good for you and the other way round

So I assume you did get your refund after that bit of incompetence from their side......?

Iburst is a "mini me of Telkom". They suck , they suck and they suck . Bunch if brainless fools working for them...

That's the way.....well shouldn't be....but glad to hear you came right.I mean it's not feasible for any company to run away wth your money.....

I regurly get 160+kb/s while downloading uncapped and normally 6-24 kb/swhile downloading capped.I've never gotten the advertised 345/kb/s but I've had 248kb/s and that is good enough for me.iBurst wasn't great a year ago but I haven't had a disconnect in the last 6 months.If I had a R1000+ to spend on internet I'd prolly get 1024 ADSL but I don't so I'm just gonna keep loving my iBurst
 
Um.. where do you get those speeds from?

Advertised 345kb/s? as in upload speed? why would you care so much about that?

And 248kb is faster than 1mb/s by far, unless you mean 248kb/s (not a downlaod speed) in wich case its terrible.
160kb is also amazingly fast, or terribly slow...
Well atleast you love it.. watevers going on
