AFAIK nope, the RSi was kinda povo spec. You paid for the engine.
The slightly later more expensive RXi had more kit.

AC was optional, had semi leather seats, wind up windows, power steering and central locking
The Rxi was full house,AC, full leather seats, electric windows, electric mirrors etc
