Which one of these three usually has good deals on tvs and the people are less likely to rip me off? Looking to buy a tv for a spare bedroom in the coming two months or so and I'm not looking for anything expensive.

Know the going prices for new sets. Check out Cash Convertors etc for prices as well. Use these prices as a mechanism to gauge the offers on any of the online sites you mention. It is time to avoid buying any old analogue TVs that may be on offer, no matter how cheap they are.

Pay only on receipt of the goods.

None of them. I would suggest either the classifieds here or Carbonite. OLX hurts the eyes with the new colours, but on both you will get scammers. Carbonite weed out the scammers, and there are ways of protecting yourself there.
