I just thought it was common knowledge that the media in it's entirety is not, and cannot be, objective and unbiased.
It's impossible, how could it be unless run entirely by computers without any human input whatsoever.
It's really naive to think there is such a thing as an unbiased and objective media group, never mind the "no longer" bit.

A bit different as when a broadcasting corporation and media houses are effectively owned and controlled by the ANC as ruling party.

Pointless nit-picking aside... most people look for some measure of objectivity in their news sources.

Objectivity ain't binary in reality, though. They're far more compromised than other media outlets.
