Hi everyone, im hoping to get some good insight from all you as always... if im unhappy with the breakdown condition of a 2nd hand vehicle I bought from a dealer on finance, would you consider legal action from a lawyer or ombudsman board? Bear in mind the dealer has been given a chance to fix the problem. Car came back and 2months later its the same problem. Car was bought this year in may

CPA cover??? Holy cow, what's that and how long is it valid? Probably why the dealer dragging their feet, hoping it expires soon?

Just googled it, now I know what im working with thanks. How does it play out if they decide the product is below standards and terminate the contract? Since I traded in a vehicle to get the one I have now, will there be any balance still to be paid by me

You'd probably have to pay some form of wear and tear.
