OMG, GConnect ADSL is Terrible!

Just connected to the 384kbps ADSL account I got at GConnect, its that Valentines Special Account for 14 cents.

I did a speed test and the international is: (look at the PING)

Download Speed: 104 kbps (13 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 35 kbps (4.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 1656 ms

National Speed test which looks OK:

Download Speed: 322 kbps (40.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 96 kbps (12 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 135 ms

Now this is the International Speeds I get with Cybersmart:

Download Speed: 328 kbps (41 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 82 kbps (10.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 234 ms

Is anyone else experiencing this form GConnect??

Hmmmmmm, why don't you call their support number? Or try again later?

I must say I have had nothing but perfect service from them for a long time. Seems like they must be having problems.
