OMG WTF is wrong with Neotel

OMG My neotel connection has been so slow recently cant even use facebook let alone game online looks like my weekend is gone belly up... anybody know what’s wrong... I gave them sum time cause I thought it was the seacom cable thing that was making anything to do with the internet impossible but that’s fixed right??? And yet I still can’t do anything I’m posting this using my phone as a modem.
Oh and btw I’m trying to terminate my account with them for about a week now and have sent them like 5 e-mails now and no response... I’m really sick and tired of Neotel’s F****** ****

I have phoned and SHOUTED at tons of people... in fact i think i know the neotel greeting of by heart by nw looks like the only way for me to get them to cancel my contract is to go to thier store in Ceder square and throw the device at them..... I mean i could run to the server with a flash and get what i'm trying to download faster than this thing can!!!

You exaggerate dude!
There is no reason to run to the server - you could crawl there, stop on the way for coffee, pop home for a shower, actually stay at home and come in the next day and still get to your server and download faster than a neotel connection.

They are a joke, the service and speed shoddy, oh yeh, and lets not start on the accounts..

I rather enjoyed that comment coming from a volunteer fire fighter..

I am feeling the same way, so f****** frustrated with them, the comments from more experienced people are to just simply cancel with neotel, they are not going to get the act together and make this happen, this is going to carry on for ever!! Sucky Service, Sucky Speeds, Sucking Accounts they just don't care at all!! :confused:
 
I have been paying for device that i have not used in over a year already from them dont think i will ever support them again and moved about 5 clients away, i have one more client but they have poor cell reception and currently no lines. So as soon as the new lines are installed which should be soon as they have been digging up the area it is goodbye to them for my last client with them.

I hope they dont give you "a bird could have flown by interupting the signal story" :)

Cancelling...

Anyone got suggestions on what process to follow in order to cancel? I mean aren't we on 24 Month contracts?
 
Thanks, only saw that today when I was looking for updates. I have been with Neotel for about 20 months. And it has got worse and worse till it is now unusable. I saw this strange thing somewhere else on the internet, people babbling crazy that they can watch a Youtube video without waiting for it to load. I obviously assumed they were high, but perhaps the promised land is out there. So I'm off to find it. It should be right next to the fountain of youth.
