Omikron 2?

Just checked this on Kotaku.

Now not too many games get me obsessively excited but i remember playing Omikron : The Nomad Soul back in the day. I still wait for something similar but alas. Fahrenheit was also great imo but a lil more linear.

I really hope this ends up being Omikron 2, probly not tho seeing as it'd be exclusive to ps3.

Anyways any1 else enjoyed Nomad Soul here? Cant find anything new on Omikron 2.

Nomad Soul was the most awesome bloody game ever!!!!!! I remember it well, finished it too. Loved the different styles of play combined in the game and the story was very interesting IMO

Yeah, easily in my top 5. luv the way Quantic Dream involve the player in their games and this Omikron did it best. They did the admirably with Fahrenheit but it felt a lil rushed towards the end. The multiple gameplay styles were fantastic indeed not to mention the 'undying' philosophy the game focused on.

Why not? Nomad Soul actually felt to me it would be -better- on a console , considering the game consisted of alot of fighting sequences of the "mortal kombat" [or ONI/Dino Crisis] kind. I would think if they DO bring out a Omikron 2, it will be on a console .
