On the Dot revealing users Personal Information

So recently i made a purchase from clicks. I received a tracking number e.x OFT1T92692820. I tracked the package on the fedex website and everything is fine. None of my personal information is shown.

But when i track the order through On The Dot https://www.onthedot.co.za/ and then track order or http://tracking.onthedot.co.za/lmsweb/Tracking2.aspx

My details are hidden by *** till you click the print button next to track button, then all the details of the order are revealed, Name surname address and cellphone number.

I have tried to call them but no one answers and sent emails to inquire why these details are shown. But still no reply.

This way u can see the information of anyone's order.

Hahaha i don't have a problem with that as i'm collecting at the store. But what stopping someone else creating a script and collecting all that data as they deliver for multiple companies. Also there http://otdlms.onthedot.co.za/LMSWebMVC//Login you are able to login just by clicking parcel tracking.
