One channel missing DStv - Century City

I hate that I have to deal with three different groups of people to get one thing working.

Century City Connect - first says nothing is wrong and then blames installer
Installer - blames multichoice
Multichoice - says nothing is wrong

Managed to find a neighbour with DStv...unfortunately he has the Explora and channel 202 is fine there.

Installers never showed up, what a surprise.

Update:

Installers came
replaced switch
replaced coax sockets (the previous ones kept falling off)

All channels back!
