Yeah IS bandwidth will make battlefield 2 unplayable for sure. **** Saix have us by the you know what.
 
Not at all. You will definitely be able to game on IS bandwidth. You don't need SAIX accounts for that.

I think the best solution for me would be to get a 1gig Saix account for my gaming.
Then take the 2gig account with the softcap from IS.

Why don't you game with the softcap account? All the MWEB gaming servers are on the IS backbone

Seriously I'm kidding. The GZ servers aren't too bad, people just seem to forget about them, they're often difficult to find / are empty.
 
The good news for gamers is:

I had a meeting with IS yesterday, and the informed me that one of their new initiatives is to launch major gaming servers on their backbone. They realised that one of their main advantages over SAIX is that they still retain 70% of South Africa's content, and they want to build on that.
 
sounds pretty good ... wonder how long it'll take to implement though?
 
LOL this is funny as hell; It makes more sense to buy multiple small accounts than one big one cause you get a whole 30GB's of local BW extra with every account lol

I think I'll have three of those.

R600 = 9GB cap, 90GB local bandwidth.
