"one sided" brush panel?

Hi all
Looking to run some brushes along the edge of a flip up wooden tray on my office desk, that cables can be run through. So like a rack brush panel, but only brushes on one side. Any idea where to get something like this?

you have a picture or drawing of what you are looking for..? also more clarity on the one sided thing..?

the first thing I thought was, rack brush panels should be perfect.. a quick d.i.y option may be buying a cheap broom, and cutting of those brushes off and stapling them in bunches where you need them..
