OnePlus seriously suck at updates these days, my 7 Pro 5G is still stuck on Android 10 and a November 2021 security patch.

It was a Europe only special iirc, it added 5G support to the 7 Pro for European networks.
Edit, there was a USA version as well, now I think about it.
Don't see it in the system update menu on my 7 Pro yet, but it's showing in the Oxygen Updater app.

must be the carrier not seeding to the device then coz 11 has been out for the 7 Pro for a while hasn't it

Why do I have a feeling this will make my bad battery life even worse....
Nothing on my 7T Pro. Neither the system update menu or Oxygen Updater shows Android 12.

7 Pro 5G and 7 Pro don't share the same firmware. OnePlus effectively just dropped the handset support after one update.

Bought mine from Aliexpress. International version.
Yes, mine is from Vodacom. But as far as I know, Vodacom distributed the international version without messing with the firmware in any way.

Updated completed just now.
Nice. I received a notification from Oxygen Updater this morning, so I'll probably do the update today. Apparently Color OS is is not everyone's cup of tee, and this version of Oxygen OS is a step in that direction. Do you like it?
