I highly doubt online casino's need to pay out 95% of everything played but anyhow.

Most casinos (online and brick and mortar ones) have software that operate the slot machines which pay out a certain %. They are obliged to by law - well in the US anyway. Some have payout rates as much as 75%, but those are obviously for the low-payout machines.
