Online purchase not working.

I have a TopUp account with an 8.9 Tablet. Got a voice mail stating that I have 3 MB left so proceeded to my account on VC to purchase a 250MB bundle online to be added to my account.
It went fine until I clicked on "purchase". Then it said that I don't have enough airtime to conclude the transaction. WTF. What airtime. I was on the net and still on the 3 MB that is left. My SIM don't have AIRTIME.
Replaced the SIM with my cell SIM and went through the whole thing again. Same thing. No airtime. Geez. I have lots of airtime on that SIM.
What gives??
