Must say that they're very quick on the refund. They refunded the money and didn't just give me store credit. So yes, I'll buy from them again.

I've been waiting for a TV Box to be delivered since last week from Sybaritic - the supplier seems to insist that they produce a TV license.
WTF!
Surely I should be the one to have a license, not the supplier. Graeme is still fighting with them but this delay is starting to p@## me off.....

By Law, both the reseller an buyer need to have a tv licence.
If a reseller therefor sells tv tuners it need to be registered with the SABC.
The law also requires of the reseller to keep record of all the tv sales / tv tuners that was sold as well as to ensure that whoever you are selling it to indeed have a tv licence.
You then need to keep this info handy just in case an audit needs to be done.

I bought a Samsung DVD-RW S223Q last month from Sybaritic. They delivered the wrong Samsung (model S223L) and on top of that they told me there is no more S223Q's available.
At least they were fairly quick in paying back the money.
