To be honnest, when you are having a lot of probelms, sometimes it is just better to start from scratch. At least then you know how to set it up as well as what is expected of it.

Feedback

Thank you to all the guys that had an input for the Online Warehouse website. I've cleaned it up a bit. Did not get to the pictures or the menu or font sizes yet. If there is any more suggestions on the store, please let me know. I'll analyse every post and see if your suggestions will work.

Thanks again!

yea there are just so many things hehehe

one other thing i beg of you, which alot of sites do wrong

if you do not have stock remove the item from your webpage

nothing worse than having your heart set on something and to be told no stock

I understand your problem. Okay here goes and I hope I do not step on toes here. Most of the online stores keeps virtual stock, that means that we basically copy pricelists from our suppliers. The problem is that we are not connected B2B to their stock program and that is where the problem lies. There is company that is busy working on linking up with suppliers (Improweb), but some of the main suppliers has not seen the benefit of Online shopping in South Africa and how they can help the dealers giving better customer service.

Can't really expect online stores to keep stock, but then the price and service must support that fact. That is why it is important for the suppliers and sellers to work closely together.

Everything looks okay on my side. Must be something on your side or your ISP. Either an IP address or host name that is not permitted through the firewall.
