Only 3G on iPhone 6S

Despite Ockie's help in logging the complaint I am still only getting 3g. I have never seen LTE, whereas a friend has the 6 on cellc and is almost always on LTE

May I ask, is there any way I can follow up with Vodacom? I dont want to annoy Ockie as he has helped and I cant abuse that.

I repeat, Ockie, you are a legend!!!! I got the sms stating LTE has been enabled and my phone says 4g now (without rebooting).

You are welcome. Sorry it took so long, but prepaid is a different beast. With contracts I can do it myself, but provisioning services on prepaid is not available to me, so have to ask IT to do it and that can be a drama.

Also see that my new prepaid 6S is limited to 3G. Submitted a request on the contact us page. Vodacom claims you can activate this on myvodacom, but I can't find it anywhere.
