only 3gb international

Hi i upgraded my line to 4mbps from beginning of August (telkom DO). Only got 3gb international and 30gb local. September they again capped me on 3gb international. Who must i mail or phone or k@k out?

Did you request an upgrade of your cap and your line speed or just your line speed?

I asked for line speed and pays the R558 or something like that. Didn't know you had to ask. thought it was included at the price.lol. then my bad...

You should ask for DO3, not just a line speed upgrade.
