Only one website works???

Besides my sudden poor performance I seem to have a strange new problem, only one website loads, all others wont even load. The only website that loads is http://www.mede8erforum.com/

Not even this forum loads, have to use different sim (cell-c which is ending this month :( )
Im on the internet 5 promo for 8ta and in sandton area.

I take it back, NO website will load now!
 
How could I find a websites IP address to ping it?
 
Does it resolve to IP address or times out before displaying IP address? It is like below:

Pinging www.l.google.com [74.125.31.99] with 32 bytes of data:
If does not, you might try select manual DNS server (other users on this forum advice google DNS 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
 
It resolves the IP adress, every now and then one of the 4 packets will go through, but that's worth a try.

Had an 8ta technician come through this morning, says that it must be a network/tower issue and that they had the same issue in Randburg which was easily resolved. So apparently now one of the 8ta network guys needs to come past my place...

With these stats you can't really browse, only the simple pages like
