If there are teams with the same number of points and no goal difference at the end of the group stage, in the same group they draw lots to see who goes through.

That would suck big time... imagine the Brazil, Portagual, Ivory Coast and Korea DPR group...

all teams drew 0 - 0, they draw lots and IC and Korea DPR goes through...
