At the end of last month as you all know, the promo deal with WebAfrica expired and I thought about looking elsewhere for my ISP solution.

After deciding to give OpenISP a try, I duly deposited the money in the specified account and waited for my connection to be activated.

After 24 hours and no connection or reply I started to become concerned. After all, we are aware that OpenISP is new and I began to get paranoid about having my money dissapear with nothing to show for it.

After sending a few emails to them asking to clarify their position I was pleased to recieve an email from MrBEEP applogising for the delay and putting a smile back on my face with service beyond my expectations.

i would like to give MrBEEP a big up :D

In this age of crappy service by seemingly all and sundry, it's good to see someone stepping up to the plate and actually giving what they promise.

BTW - I was always happy with WA service and continue to host my site with them, incase anyone gets the idea I'm slagging off WA..

aahhhhhmen brother!
So far I am very happy with my openweb service, and MrBEEP always works his @ss off, I think what they can do to make them even more efficient, employ more people to do the job so he can actually get some sleep

Yep, after a few misgivings about the service I can now say I am more than happy with the service and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

All about giving credit, where credit is due.

In this age of bitching about the pathetic state of ADSL in SA, it's good to have something to smile about :)

Hi Guys,

Thank you SO much for the positive words. I will ALWAYS try my utmost best to serve you best!!

Warm regards!
MrBEEP
