Thank you for fighting this tirelessly but I have to say that I for one see the fight against Telkom as a fruitless one, despite all the criticism and negative press surrounding them they have not changed a single policy or proven to us that they are willing to adhere to customers needs. The reason for that is simple and no amount of ammo we throw at them will change the situation the real target in this instance is government, they hold the controlling share and they call the shots. Looking at the government’s total disregard for the wellbeing and safety of its citizens one can safely assume that this will never change.
Telkom has even started with industrial sabotage of its “fictional” competitors and at the end of the day that comes from shots called at the top. I do however hope that we will one day see leaders that can and will make a difference to this beautiful country as opposed to their personal agendas and pockets being lined at the expense of the rest.
