What steps does one need to take to have Linux installed in any one of any High School(s) Lab(s) as a demonstrator & mostly as a catalyst for education especially considering how tight/tamper proof a Linux installation can be from malware/viruses/user errors and to add on top a wealth of information via Kiwix(Wikipedia offline), Sagemath & other open educational material from the net.

Technically you don't need to install anything. Most distributions, including ubuntu variants have live CD's or DVD's. You boot off of them and can test drive the whole system without modifying your current installation.
