I'm guessing that would require a software update in Auckland ParkDoes this new software update also enable HD on SABC1 and SABC3?
What would be the difference between this and a normal USB stick? Would one be able to configure an external HDD for this?
They couldn't call it a "PVR Dongle" and charge double or triple the price. What would be the difference between this and a normal USB stick?

I was being a little facetious. Does SABC broadcast anything in HD?That is quite easy for anyone with a OVHD decoder to verify. Simply check which transponder is in use and what the symbol rate and FEC is.
No sw upgrade needed just another transponder with the HD channels on it worst case.

Yes. SABC 1 and SABC 3 are now in HD on DSTV.
They went to the local Makro and cleaned out the bargain box of old usb sticks. Why so small?
DSTV HD (HellknowswhatDefinition) or real HD? Do BetaMax tapes support HD?
