They a torrent download service hosted overseas. So u sign up for an account, then u can download torrents to their server at high speed.
Then u pull it from there over http at your leisure. Thus, even if u on a shaped account, u can still get what you want.
Now when they set that up so u can download with local bandwidth - gonna be awesome.
