Anyone out there having problems downloading with openweb RYDER special?

Why do we need to complain before we get service with openweb.

I have emailed Keoma (MrBeep) yet again, and if this issue is not resolved promptly I will move back to Axxess or Web - Africa, where service does matter and getting what you paid for does matter.

Can other people please share their openbrowse international downloading experience?

On a more ironic note, after finally getting through to one of openweb's call operators, the operator told me he that he can not understand why there is no pro active behavior from openweb, warning us, or communicating possible problems to us. He also said that is the way he would have done it.

Worked quite well until 12 noon. And then around 3 it's faster again, but now slow.....

Have you tried restarting OpenBrowse?

Restart gets the latest state from servers and enables the download array.

I restart Openbrowse all the time (first thing I do if no connection or speed drop) because openbrowse just stop responding suddently, sometime router too.

Speed seems fine again.

PS, nope, still crappy speed.

Hey

I will investigate each account myself.

Let's see if I can find the culprit bug.

I have had numerous problems with openbrowse. Either its too slow or downloading does not work at all. Restarting openrouter does nothing and I hardly get any help when I mail support - just an excuse saying that a call has been logged etc etc. Thinking of cancelling mine. Its not working more times than it is.
