After tons of pure pain I managed to get a Softether server up and running, but now I can't seem to get this onto the internet. Port checker shows that the ports are closed, and I have no idea what ports to enter on my router. I've messed around for a long time and ports still show up as closed. What exactly am I doing wrong?

What mobile network are you using?

You need a unrestricted APN for it to work.

All your port forwarding rules will get blocked otherwise.

Why not also use a custom TCP port?

You don't need to forward all those ports when using softether's own client.

Remove the other ports under your server and remember to specify them under your client as well

I'm on rain which could be an issue as I don't seem to find any info on unrestircted APNs
