OpenRA is just fantastic. They've done a spectacular job getting multiplayer to work as well. Those of us who had Red Alert back in the day obviously LAN'ed the crap out of it, but I always felt a tinge of regret that I couldn't do the same with the original C&C. Now, thanks to this, you can
