Hi there everyone. We've had this situation for almost two weeks now. We appear to have between eighty and ninety percent packet loss on the seventh hop just before it it gets to the final destination when uploading. Specifically. 192.178.72.187 Any ideas? See attached. Thanks

Hi, loss along a route is completely normal but you have no loss to your destination so this indicates no loss from source to destination.

thank you for your reply. ok, it's just that our download speed has been co-commitently incredibly up and down. Then it goes to sixty or seventy, eighty megabytes a second, and then it's down to one or two. It is consistently about one tenth the speed of what it should be on the upload eg 80/5, I thought maybe these two things were connected.

Are you testing with a cabled device or wireless? The latency shows super high latency to your router.
