Openserve down during load shedding

So never before in years of load shedding had we a problem with the fiber
Now suddenly since this week, every time the area next to us have load shedding, the Openserve network is down.
Is that even possible?

What happens in these situations where there isn't load shedding for extended periods of time is typically batteries are kaput and they dont know until there is a failure.

So I imagine Openserve will replace and you will probably be OK again.
