Back in March, Openserve agreed with my body corporate to install fibre for a the apartment block I'm staying at. After the contact at Openserve said they had ordered the equipment and were waiting for it to arrive, they never responded to another email. We've tried many times to get ahold of them and figure out what's going on.

My order has been in progress for 6 weeks and in that time Openserve has scheduled 2 installations only for the technician to come out and say there's nothing they can do since there's no equipment installed for the complex. Other residents have had the same issue.

My ISP has also tried multiple times to reach out and been ignored.

I got a phonecall yesterday from Openserve asking for me to give them a status update on what's happening with the technician.

I've tried reaching out to Openserve's ftth support and also gotten no answers there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I get ahold of the person at Openserve responsible for making the decisions about installing into new developments in my area?

OP Had issues getting Openserve to actually respond to their emails. gave them our advice and they managed to get a response for the complex. Happy they're getting connected. @mods can close this one

OpenServe called you about what is happening with THEIR technician?

Yeah lmao. I was dumbfounded and it took me a moment to figure out what to say.

Luckily though I was able to give them an update when they called again today because a member on MyBB made miracles happen.

Seems like Openserve customer management is completely separate from Openserve network management which is completely separate from the contractors that do the work.

Also, turns out that the guy that ghosted us left Openserve (on good terms) so we slipped through the cracks
