Hi,

I tried moving to fibre with webafrica. A week later webafrica tell me that openserve say i already have a fibre order with another ISP and i must cancel that first. Problem is this is absolute rubbish. I have never ordered fibre, and definately not at the current address i stay, which is a complex. I have stated multiple times my unit number and that there has been no other fibre request by me.

I have no idea what to do as this doesn't work https://www.openserve.co.za/open/fibre-query/

In 2 months i wont have LTE and now i can't get fibre either.

Any ideas what i can try, or how else to query with openserve.

Add a B or C to your address number. Will auto trigger a new install. If Webafrica is still trying to be funny maybe you should look at another ISP?
