Openserve PPOe Connection Dropping

1st suspected the router but after trying 3 wifi routers..

Still occurs..

Anyway to log the ppoe connection on the fibre router ?

Currently using a zyxel supplied router on WIFI/WAN with a Huawei Fibre Router supplied by Openserve/Mweb ?

Basically the WAN / PPOe connection would drop reset / randomly..

Must be an mweb thing..

My office365 struggles on the WIFI as well now.

Definitely mweb related have swopped routers and changed ISP used axxess, no dropping of the line observed.

Download speed Tests peaks at 10 then settles down to 9.67 Mbps same on upload peaks around 10 then settles down to 6.95 Mbps (axxess) & 6.70 Mbps (mweb).

In both speed was never affected but mweb would lose connection randomly, even when switching between isp axxess would connect and authenticate immediately where as mweb requires 2 or 3 tries when setting of the config before connecting.
