OpenSuse 11.2 a serious Linux contender

I used to support Suse, main reason I jumped ship years ago was because I was never a big fan of KDE and gnome always appealed more to me. Of course, back then, I was naive enough to think SUSE was KDE only :o

Currently Ubuntu and Fedora are much more appealing to me though. I'll check it out regardless though.

I used Suse for awhile before Novell took it over, will take a look at OpenSuse just to see what it's like now. I liked KDE then, but have gotten used to Gnome since I started using Ubuntu.

Cool - used Suse a good 4 years back...

Looking to set up a new/old machine for downloads, as I currently only have my notebook. Which needs to leave the house :) Might check this out and choose between it and Ubuntu :p Assuming it can run on the same low specs at ubuntu, gone go research that now... Good to see it's still getting some attention
