OpenView HD not to compete with DStv

They're not competing at all. They just put a big straw under their cup into DSTV's cup to drink all of their milkshake.

Definitely not competing, but offering a nice alternative that is affordable to millions more...

SABC/E-TV in HD1080p, ja nee. The more they open their mouths the more I lose interest. I was really looking forward to seeing mc perspire (under the collar). The mono choice will enjoy more profits for 20 more years it seems.
