As i understand it you have to have your own existing ADSL 512 line and a router that can configure VPN.
I wan't to try and combine it with a Mweb allinclusive 1gb-512 line=R399, but it still leaves line Rental telkom:R111.90 incl VAT
Currently:
Telkom Line Rental
Telkom adsl Faster-512=R326
Mweb 2GB+Dial-up=R259

It only covers the Cap and DSL Telkom subscription, we still have to pay telkom for the normal telphone linerental monthly.

According to this you just creat an VPN connection with the account details they supply you with, so by that understanding you should already have a line and all the costs associated with it.
Normal costs would be:
Telkom:
Normal Line Rental fee: R75 -That is what we pay in PTA our farms line is cheaper for some reason.
ADSL Subscription: 384/512/4mb+
Cap: Maybe OpenWeb VPN?
