Openweb 384kb uncapped General Information

Well I would just like to know if theres anyone else out there thats having problems from time to time on there openweb 384kb uncapped accounts.

Now my experiences so far is that from time to time I just cannot download from certain parts of the world I have a rapidshare account and the one moment everything works fine then the next moment nothing wants to go.

I also was unable to connect to SAIX game servers and Had to use a different account. Now the servers according to the webmasters are running I just can't connect to them like I'm blocked or something. International browsing still continues normally but I can forget about downloading anything from Rapidshare not one of there many servers are accesable and this is happening at least one to two times per month.

Then I must also mention that my password was changed and I didn't receive the email in time so I got cut of and when I asked about this they just informed me they cannot be held responsible for emails being delayed and the email was sent to me more than 24 hours ago so all my other emails reach me within a couple of minutes and the one email with my new password gets delayed with more than 24 hours thats what I call very UnLucky

So anyone else having similar problems??

I had similar problems with Rapidshare for the last month or two on uncapped. Nothing wrong with Rapidshare because if I switched to WebAfrica pre-paid I could get the downloads to start up no problem. (Then I would just change back and resume downloading on IS)

I think the problem lies with the IS cache. Or it could be a scheme devised by IS to reduce traffic... after all, premium RS gives you 5gb a day at full steam.

I will forward these on to IS, and find out what the problem could be.

Ok will do so I will go and collect all or most of the servers for you and send you the tracert information the actuall site www.rapidshare.com is always available it's there servers hosting the files that gets cut off randomly during the month and then you can forget about downloading anything from any of there 10 or more servers.
