Openweb account problems

I just signed up for the local only account, but after i clicked ok, it came up with the banking details and the amount i had to pay was 0. I highly doubt its free and i definitely put in a 1 in the local only field. Mr beep is my account showing up?
 
We're trying to pin down why this keeps happening. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

If you go ahead and deposit R139 into our account, we'll will pick it up again and continue with the signup process.

Sorry about that, we _are_ trying to fix it...
 
Ok, but im not having any success finding your bank account details on the website. Can i pay through credit card?

I bought an account to test openweb vs other sa isp now i'm trying to login on the website to see my adsl account username and every time i try to log in it just redirects me to the home page no error nothing :mad: not very happy cos i bought 1 gig yesterday and only have 5 more days to spend it and i cant log in cos their website's not working properly!! :mad:
 
I had a problem with openweb too. When I signed up and done the deposit and emailed through the proof of payment I didnt get my account details for 1 day. It stayed on pending. But after sending them an email they gave it too me no problems
