Currently downloading a 1.39MB file at a blistering 1.98Kb/s. How I wish for dial-up days when the speed was fast....
I'm still trying to get over the fact that Openweb, who has always been known to have one of the strongest forum presences among the SA ISPs, retracted their reps just like that.
It speaks volumes of their company that they can just pull something like that when the going gets tough. Just goes to show how they were bull****ting us all these years and when they were finally caught out, they just pack it up and leave. The worst part is that the forum was the best support channel they had, because the only way to get results with Openweb is to take everything public. Now we have to handle all our issues in private, meaning we have to deal with OW lying to us via email and doing everything in their power to not help us.
Sorry, I'm just still shocked by the fact that they would back out of the forum like this. It's a massive F U to everyone here.
You know, this is one reason why I am reluctant to actually reveal my business on this forum, even though it would help me enormously to grow.I'm still trying to get over the fact that Openweb, who has always been known to have one of the strongest forum presences among the SA ISPs, retracted their reps just like that.
