I'm in the process of looking for another ISP... openweb are too expensive for the product they offer these days.

No nonoo ... we have got it all wrong.

They are not absent, they are just not responding to this background noise and will only respond to relevant posts where an OW'bber is having severe Telkom or router issues with their OW account.

A 1mb account that frequently bursts to almost 2mb speeds, even during business hours? It's not that I wouldn't want that, I just doubt I'd be able to get an account elsewhere that could do it.

I just fired up a torrent to see what speed I'm running and this is the result:

Thats probably not a 1Mbit account, but a shared account that is faster, and is the reason you believe you can burst :P

Yep, my thoughts as well. I sent PP the emails my colleagues received sharing the same credentials during the same time with different tier products. If he hasn't posted them tonight by the time I get home, I'll post them myself.
