Yep, my thoughts as well. I sent PP the emails my colleagues received sharing the same credentials during the same time with different tier products. If he hasn't posted them tonight by the time I get home, I'll post them myself.

And the wheels the bus g̶o̶ ̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶ fall off :p
 
Getting shaped on the "Unshaped" account ever since I received the cancellation number. It could be coincidence that it happened as I sent in my cancellation, either way I am not getting what was advertised
 
I received my cancellation reference number within a few minutes. How long did you wait?

I had to email several times. A friend received her reference number quite quickly, but she eventually had to cancel the debit order at the bank, after three months they were still trying to take money.

My OW account seems to not authenticate.

if its your OW account that telkom one will work
if it dont work,u know its telkom/your line



and also youtube streaming not so good with a UNSHAPED account :/
 
Weird - after cancelling - it's flying ( for the time being )

Cancelled OW about a week ago. Now have to wait until end June to be totally free of them !!!
