Sounds like people are complaining over on the Afrihost uncapped thread as well, so at the moment - not sure where to move to TBH.
I am a client, and its been a refreshing experience, to say the least.Absolutely. We already have dozens of paying customers behind the scenes who will attest to the quality of the products, the pricing, and the service levels...![]()

This month, is the first month since 2011 (when I sold my first house and have to move to another area) that I have had decent internet. I went from Cybersmart, to MWEB, to Openweb... none of these ever gave me what I have now.
It is easy to sing the praises of an ISP, and it, sounds cheesy and fake, however, anyone who wishes to inspect the quality of the service is welcome to do so, anytime, you can make an appointment to come and see me.
LOL....I signed up last week on the basis that if they can make you happy, they can make anyone happy.![]()

Agreed, if there are any questions, PM people like myself and several others who moved over to the clear side.At the risk of continuing an epic thread hijack (though is it hijacking if the original owner doesn't want it anymore?), send a PM to DJ for details.
I'd like to avoid poaching this thread for our own benefit as that's rude, and it's not the way to do business, but I concur wholeheartedly with Paul's position, and it is the reason that together with our other shareholders we make a fantastic team with some truly unique visions of how to evolve this market in the right directions. After many years of seeing how not to do this, we feel we've built a model that will please even the most discerning mybroadband members, and we expect to be held to the same standards as any other ISP on the market. We know what we're getting in to here, and rather than be reactionary, we've chosen to be pro-active in ensuring that our customers experience the internet the way it was meant to be...
I would have loved to take you up on your offer when you initially PMed me, I'm just unfortunately very skeptical when it comes to all things ADSL related.
I have no doubt that you guys have the best intentions and have spent a lot of time working on the smaller details for launching an uncapped product. The thing is just, so did Afrihost and WebAfrica when they originally launched their uncapped products and within months of launch both their products had pancaked. The WebAfrica reps promised me high and low that their uncapped product did amazing during the testing phase and that their network was more than sufficient to handle the load of launching the product, just for their network to collapse on itself and become unusable within the first three months. Even the best laid plans can go awry.
Maybe I'm being a bit overly skeptical, and it's nothing personal against you guys. I actually believe if anyone could pull this off it would be you, but I would first have to see how the product fares once it's opened up to the public before I would be able to take a risk on it.

haha funny pic, you guys crack me up. Seriously though I'm also going Koosi's route, I've also been burned by so-called uncapped accounts that suddenly slow to a crawl. So I'm looking for an alternative, if all goes well I'll actually get what I pay for, if not then I'll search for a new ISP. But all sounds good so far, so I'll give them a try.
