its called isp in a box. they buy some accounts and some bandwidth and manage both as they see fit through an API... no overheads. don't even need office space. even the billing is done by the provider.

I emailed support more than week ago, but nobody's gotten back to me.

All I want to know is how to access the 'AlwaysOn' free wi-fi linked to my Gold account? I've tried using the username & password they sent me originally, but it doesn't work. I have another username that's stored in my router, but I don't have the password stored anywhere.

The Password will be 1122 :D now you just need the username.

As a "joke" people should post their old usernames and passwords here for others to test out. As their accounts "aren't shared" they should all be cancelled after the subscriber cancels so they should all be useless. Would be interesting to see how many accounts are still live. ;)
 
Yeah yeah "shared accounts", "OpenWeb cheater" etc. etc. Don't care, still using them.

Past two nights Diablo 3 has been practically unplayable. I get normal latencies when in town, but as soon as I start a Rift or Greater Rift, my latency shoots up to unplayable levels.

I'm in the KZN area, if that makes a difference.

Have you tried another ISP?
