Hi guys some help please.
I just plugged in my ADSL modem and got a green light on the DSL light. I assume that means it is on and working?
I now just signed up with Openweb for an account and now want to go online however they need to see proof of payment which will obviously only happen tomorrow.
When i plug in my Billion modem and go to the control panel and it asks for the username and password and also the IP, will that only happen once I log in with the account details from Openweb?

"proof of payment" is simply the deposit slip.

Just email or fax the proof of payment/deposit slip to openweb.

They will then send you the username/pass and other relevant details

I like that idea.

OpenWeb would be the first to post details of whom to contact in an emergency.
