I sent the Openweb team an email to apply for an account and within minuted I recieved a response, the entire process signing up was a complete pleasure. I really am impressed. I wish them all the success in the future and can see why people praise them.
Keep it up OpenWeb,:) you guys are awsome!!!
 
I second that, also received my account details (let's say FREE guest account details) within 5 minutes of my completing my application!

My personal account details will be sent to me once they receive my payment onto their account!

I must admit when i signed up with them it was painless.
They really do thier job, and well. If just telkom was as good as them....
 
Four months into an Openweb "MyADSL Special" uncapped account. I couldn't be happier.
 
I had a hiccup with the online ordering, beginning of the month seems to be a busy time, but once I sent proof of payment through for a 30GB local account I had my account details 5mins later and all was working 100%. Highly recommended :)
 
Hi All

We are very quick to complain about bad service and rightfully so,but this time round I have to agree with my fellow forumites that Openwebs' service is excellent.

I signed up for the 10Gig local only account yesterday and even though I was told that my account will be active today I received my login details just after 21:00 last night. That and the fact that England lost against SriLanka (I hate Kevin Petersen) made my evening:D

Now if only they'd look into getting a gaming service add on for us (wow/eve/guildwars) addicts. Hell i'd at this moment pay easily R150 for such a service that lets me connect to my favourite game through an unshaped/shaped saix rather than IS connection.

Kinda sucks having a 1200ms response time where my friends havea 340ms.

Hint hint hint hint :D

OpenWeb is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I joined them for the first time about a week ago, and i must say..... BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! ( just hard to get through to there phone line )

I applied for the 30GB local only account, but when i did the EFT..... I lost my proof of payment and it was due to be in there account only 3 days later!!!!!

I phoned them, spoke to a cool guys called "Allen".

And i explained my problem and i email MrBeep and they just told me to "Printscreen" my banking page where you can see there have been R121 deducted from my account and just blur/black out the rest of the stuff...

So i did, and sended MrBeep the email with the picture, and it wasnt even 3min and i received my username & password!!

I was still on the phone with Allen when i received my details and just before Allen wanted to give me a guest account!

AWSOME SERVICE OpenWeb, im gonna support u guys for years to come!!
