openweb assistance needed

Hi

I recommended openweb to a friend of mine, i told him to sign up for the gold account as this was the best IMHO so yesterday he signed up on the valentines special not realizing that the special wasn't on the gold account but the standard one.

Mr Beep please can you help my buddy out and convert it to the gold account ? he phoned the call centre and was told he had to wait 30 days.

he only signed up yesterday and thought the gold egg on the special meant it was the gold account

Since you're upgrading to a higher priced account I doubt it'll be a problem.
