Hey Friends

Some clients, across the board, are experiencing authentication problems.

If you are affected, kindly email [email protected] asap, and we will try and individually resolve the problem.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Kind regards
MrBEEP

Hey guys

Most accounts have now been fixed.

There might still be the odd user with a problem. Please drop me a mail, and I will take a look.

Kind regards

How can u check if someone has stole your bandwidth? My router has a password and is protected MrBeep says I am hardcapped- it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to have used 30Gig in 3 days. as my news server has been crawling. Also users.isdsl.net does not accept my password anymore WTF!
also i have a 40Gig local account how come I'm hard capped at 30G??

If you have been hardcapped at 30GB, and have a 40GB account, then there is a mistake.

Email me so that I can solve it.

There were 3 concurrent connections on your account since Monday. This could possibly mean your password was stolen.

I have replied to all mails received.

Did I cover your account? If not, please drop me a PM.

Hey MrBeep I sent you an e-mail as well over the weekend, if you can check my account as well...
